The Core Principles of Responsible Gaming
Responsible gaming at 9c999 is more than just rules — it is a mindset. We believe that real enjoyment comes only when every player plays consciously and within their own limits.
Play for entertainment, not as a source of income. Gaming is a recreational activity — it is better not to see it as a reliable way to earn money. The outcome of every game is completely random and impartial.
Stick to an affordable budget. Only use money that, if lost, will have no impact on your daily life. Never play with money meant for rent, food or your children's education.
Take regular breaks. Playing for long stretches at a time can reduce your ability to make good decisions. Get up at least once every hour, drink some water and spend a few minutes in the fresh air.
Know your state of mind before you play. Do not game when you are angry, depressed or under the influence of substances. Your decision-making ability is reduced at those times and the risk of overspending increases.
Be open with the people you care about. If you feel the need to hide your gaming from family or trusted friends, that is a sign something is not right. Have an honest conversation with those close to you.
Protection of Minors
9c999 firmly believes that minors should be kept completely away from online gaming. We follow a strict 21+ age verification policy. If there are young children in your household, make sure to use parental control software on your devices and keep your login details private.
